Forthcoming Sound Baths

Enjoy the healing energy of sound. Come and join me for an hour-long deeply relaxing sound bath for groups of up to 12 people per session. A range of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and more will be used to create an immersive experience. You can choose to lay on a mat or sit in a chair if you prefer.
